Jen Matthews
Salsa Babies and Salsa Tots Licensee, Spicy Salsa Ladies Instructor
Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk Counties
Being born and raised in rural Norfolk County, I know first-hand how isolated it can feel to grow and live in a small town. It is for this exact reason that I decided to purchase the licence for Salsa Babies and Salsa Tots. There are only a few activities for moms and their babies in smaller areas, unlike the cities where there is a different activity every hour of the day!!
I became involved with Salsa Babies as a new mom, just like you. I was five weeks post-partum with my first daughter Olivia, and I was ready to get out and have some fun. I was self-conscious, but looking for a good workout and a new experience with my little girl. I saw Salsa Babies owner Jen Torres on television one morning and decided that was something I HAD to try. I will say, I became ADDICTED!!! No matter how tired and frustrated I felt the morning of my class, I felt great by the end of my class. Hence the addiction!!
I became an instructor shortly after my first couple of sessions, and then when we decided to move back to the area, I purchased the licence.
Which brings me to today... I can't wait for you to experience Salsa Babies like I did. You can't help but love the class and feel great about yourself, with the "anyone can do it" attitude of Salsa Babies.
For those who don't have a baby to dance with, Spicy Salsa Ladies was created just for you. I had soooo many of my Salsa Babies grandmas, sisters and friends say, "I want to do Salsa Babies too". Come and try the class that was created with all ladies in mind!
Can't wait to shake it with you!!!!!
